Try this 30-minute full body Pilates exercise. Squat down, bend your knees, and hold for ten seconds. Repeat four times. That’s one full body Pilates exercise.

Next, lift your other leg up so that it is at shoulder level. Squat down and lift your hips so that they are touching the floor. Inhale as you lift your leg and then exhale as you lower it back to the starting position. Do five repetitions on each leg lift.

The final exercise for your Pilates session is called the side plank. This plank requires you to stand with one leg in the air and another straight. Hold the plank position as you squeeze your muscles. Next, lift your opposite leg up so that it is at shoulder level and then bend it at the knee so that both legs are flat on the floor.
